Ongoing Activities
Hasbro Games Art Discovery Center
Tuesday-Sunday, noon-4 pm
Open additional hours during school vacation weeks. The Art Discovery Center, in the George Walter Vincent Smith Art Museum, is painted in bold colors and intricate designs inspired by the Asian collections of the museum. Inside, families are invited to trace their own Chinese horoscope, try on costumes and armor, play gallery games, and create their own artwork. The gallery is also a setting for artist demonstrations, storytelling, and other participatory activities. For more information, contact artdiscovery@springfieldmuseums.org
